Since launching in 2004, MixMash has become the European market-leader in the supply of legal music video clips and ambient visuals (VJ loops) in DVD, MPEG2 and MPEG4 format for music video DJs, music video VJs (visual DJs) and music video DVJs. Our music video clips are used in and by video DJs in clubs, bars and pubs as well as shops, hair salons, holiday parks, fitness centres and mobile video DJs.

Using Serato Video-SL, Virtual DJ, MixVibes VFX Control, Numark Cue, PCDJ 00VJ and the Pioneer DVJs amongst others, music video DJs can now play the latest and hottest music video clips available courtesy of MixMash. All of our music video clip products are fully legal and we are licensed by the VPL to provide music video clips to music videos DJs and others for use in public locations (subject to the venue having the necessary Public Performance licence).

With hundreds of titles to choose from you’ll find the monthly Pop, Dance, Urban & Indie titles packed full of the latest music video clips and the extensive back catalogue of 70s Classics, 80s Classics, 90s Classics, Dance Classics, Party Classics, Urban Classics and Rock Classics ensures that MixMash has the largest and broadest legal collection of music video clips available anywhere in the world. Themed DVDs such as Christmas music video clips, Halloween music video clips, St Patrick’s/Irish music video clips, Summer Anthems music video clips, Kids music video clips, Musicals & Films music video clips and Football Anthems music video clips are also available for themed events.

Since its launch MixMash has been at the forefront in introducing innovative new “world-first” products such as supplying the discs in MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 H.264 format. This was further extended by launching the world’s first Custom disc service where thousands of videos are available for customer to compile their own discs.

MixMash is also the first and the only company in the world to supply localised content for the Italian music video clips market and French music video clips market.

Ambient Visuals and beat-driven Visuals are also areas in which MixMash has lead the way globally.  As well as our own releases we also carry highly regarded labels such as DVJ Vision, Motion Loops, Moment Factory and the exceptionally popular Shadow Dancers. For more specialised and themed visuals, MixMash has teamed up with designer Phil Bearman to release ambient visuals for celebrations such New Years Eve, Halloween, Valentine’s and St Patrick’s Night and themed events such Seventies nights, Eighties nights, Casino nights, Hollywood nights and even Salsa nights.

At MixMash we’re obsessed with quality and this is emphasised in our final product and the fact that we have the best quality video and audio on the market. The content is sourced from original broadcast standard master tapes and files in the PAL format to assure the best possible quality (PAL is the European video format and is superior in quality to the American NTSC format). The audio and video are then processed using professional mastering software. Our audio format is uncompressed AAC making this the best possible audio format available.
MixMash MPEG discs are meta-tagged so that they can be easily imported into the multitude of software playback options available, which helps save time and effort in ripping and then renaming the videos from a DVD.
